good instructiom booklet

The book explaining the features is well developed with good pictures and good writing. It is easy to follow and all possible questions are answered in the pages.
Pros: good construction
Cons: does not have the 60 second time spacing

We called due to the fact that it was being extreamly Loud when turned on. You were very good about sending a new unit with a paid return label to return the broken one. That was all GREAT! We got this for our Mother who has cancer and doesn't have that long to live (a matter of months). We gave her the replacement and within no time at all It Is Making Horrible Noise AND vibrates so hard that there is no way to be able to use this! Now, we need to get another new one to replace the 2nd malfunctioning unit!
Please contact us ASAP so we can get this replaced...again.

Sonicare does a great job on our teeth. The only problem is keeping the inside areas of the brush head and driver clean. Used toothpaste and saliva flow back into the internal workings. It is especially difficult to keep the head clean, although we rinse it after each use. The holder is worthless because it allows germs to be trapped and grow within the brush head. We use a peroxide clean twice a week, but over time this is not sufficient.

Good product but I would recommend one with the one minute pause

This was a downgrade for me because it doesn't have the pauses after each minute per quantrant. But since I had my other Philips Sonicare for more than 5 years, I can judge when a minute is up and then move on. Otherwise, it works the same as my old one.
Pros: i can shut it off when i want
Cons: it doesn't have the 1 min pause

My family loves Sonicare!!! All four of us have gotten improved check ups at our dentist appointments. would recommend Sonicare to anyone wanted to improve their oral health.

I love my Philips Sonicare toothbrush. After I finish brushing my teeth my whole mouth feel refresh and clean. The battery life is also very good. The travel case is a great benefit especially when I have to travel. And the most important thing the price is a great deal for such a wonderful product.
Pros: battery life is great
Cons: have to take off head and clean after each use.
