poor battery life, short use life 2 minutes

this product battery needs charging EVERY time you use it
the battery drains after one use
you can only brush for 2 minutes before the brush stops and then requires a charging
i would NOT recommend this product because of the poor battery life and after it dies, I will not purchase another one
Cons: poor battery life, constant charging required ( daily), short brushing time 2 minutes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product, only one drawback.

Good product, but does not provide warning during brush cycle every 30 seconds as my old Sonicare model did. It is a nice feature to have with this type of product.
Pros: powerful quiet.
Cons: no audible/intermittent warning during brush cycle
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product is not like my old Sonicare tooth brush. It works great and is much smaller than previous. The one thing I cannot stand is after brushing I rinse the outside of case and well as brush. Put back in charger. Mistake........because tooth paste comes from somewhere and settles on charger, getting it gumed up. Have to wash and set aside on sink for hours to dry. Nothing like this with my old one. Sign of times, nothing made like it used to be.

While simple to use, I don't feel it cleans as well as a regular brush, which I continue to use.

Mediocre product with some serious design flaws

I recently purchased this product and it probably does a good job at getting your teeth clean, however the product design is mediocre and could be improved substantially. One of the major problems is that there isn’t a good seal between the replaceable head and base so water gets inside the cavity and turns to sludge. A 5 cent o-ring could have made this a waterproof seal… instead you have to daily (or several times a week) remove the head and use a paper towel to suck up the icky water that has collected inside. Secondly, instead of being a smooth surface the handle has numerous ridges and indentation that collect water and hand “grease”. It’s nearly impossible to keep the handle clean (or clean it) as indentations are too narrow to wipe into. A smooth surface would be easier to clean and stay cleaner. There also seems to be a puddle of slimy water that collects in the base of the charger. A better designed charger would be easier to clean an neater. On the possible side, the cord storage on the base is a nice feature.
All in all, I would NOT recommend this device.
Pros: cord storage in base, seems to get my teeth clean
Cons: no o-ring between head and base, hard to keep clean, indentations in base are impossible to clean

Overall, a very nice electric toothbrush

There are two aspects I love about this toothbrush. I am very happy with the battery storage life. I travel quite often and never bring my charger base with me. I can easily go for 5 to 7 nights without charging the battery without any problems. The second thing I love about this brush is the design. It's a slimline design. It feels very comfortable in my hand and very comfortable in my mouth. The one issue I have is that my toothbrush gives off this loud vibrating sound if the top of the brush isn't screwed on really, really tight. I really have to use all my strength to tighten it, otherwise I vibrates really loudly.
Pros: fits great into hand., holds a long battery charge.
Cons: vibrates if top isn't screwed on very very hard.
I would recommend this to a friend!
