I notice that the last toothbrush I purchased did not last as long as the prior brush. The battery did not hold its charge for as long as the previous one. The first brush purchased lasted several years and the next one only lasted a year or two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is my third elect tooth brush. all Philips sonic care. the first two had a 30 second timer beep to help you switch all quadrants of your mouth. My newest brush doesn't (beep) to tell you to change. I don't like it. It does scrub well, but it still cost alot and I thought the timer was still there. Not happy.
Cons: timer was removed not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product replaces an older model. It is faster and cleans better. The massage option is an added benefit.
Pros: does the job!

I just love brushing my teeth since I recieved the Essence as a gift. It also was the perfect tool for me since I had to have gum surgery.
It performs better than it is listed in the brochure, and it holds it's charge for a long time.

The brush is easy to use, is comfortable, and holds a charge for a good length of time. I've used others and would stay with this product if I have to replace it.
