Worst Sonic Toothbrush

I purchased 3 of the Sonic Essence toothbrushes. While the performance was fair the brush head and unit was impossible to keep clean.
The design of the toothbrush head doesn't allow the unit to dry properly between uses. After only a few uses the whole unit would smell terrible and need to be completely taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. Ridiculous!!!!! I have been using sonic toothbrushes for at least 15 years. I have never had this issue with any of them.
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! You will have to buy a new one in no time. I have since thrown all of mine away!!!!!!
Cons: doesn't stay clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

better than manual brush

The Philips Sonicare Essence is the only toothbrush I have used in the past 10 years. A manual toothbrush just doesn't clean the way the Sonicare does and I would never go back to the regular toothbrush. Every dentist I have seen has recommended using the Sonicare; periodontal disease is prevalent in my family and I believe the Sonicare has helped my gums stay heathier as opposed to using a regular toothbrush.
Pros: cleans teeth thoroughly
Cons: gunk builds up inside handle

Under powered, hard to clean, no timer for quadrants. Brush head angle poor. I like the slimmer model with timer but this one is no good!!!

I love mine so much that Santa brought them for our kids (10 and 12) last Christmas. They love them too. They now brush regularly and longer and their check ups are cavity and tartar free!

Just your normal electric toothbrush, nothing special

This toothbrush is kind of your ordinary electric toothbrush. It's heavy to hold, doesn't make your teeth any whiter, but they say these clean better than manual so . . .
Pros: better than manual
Cons: kind of a small head
