My husband and I both use the Sonic toothbrush. It has made a difference in the amount of cleaning needed at our 6-month check-ups with our dentist. I like the small head which allows me to get all around the very back teeth.
After a year and a half of use, our unit was not working properly. I contacted customer service which verified our unit and its age, then they promptly replaced it. I was very satisfied with the service we received.

The product cleans my teeth very effectively. My teeth feel clean and the health of my gums has improved considerably since I have started to use the Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Thanks for a toothbrush that works great and has a very unique feeling.

The Sonicare has been very good at reducing the plague on my teeth. My last check up showed a reduce amount of plague from the previous check up. The battery last for a long time between charges.

I really love my tooth brush. It is amazing the way it reaches all of
those areas I've been missing. I also am pleased that it automatically turns off when it completes the process. This would be an excellent gift idea for my family members and friends in the future.

Cant hold a charge

Got this as a Xmas gift and I'm not real pleased with it. It won't hold a charge over a week. I shake the toothbrush dry but still moisture goes into the ring around the handle and when I opened it up, it had grown black mold inside which freaked me out (I keep my toothbrushes clean), never knew water was getting inside that ring and mold was growing (so I have to clean it once a week to keep that under control). The other problem is that black spots will grow inside the clear plastic cover that goes over the bristles. Can't get anything in there to clean it. I have to get small, tiny pieces of tissue to get it out (another thing to keep up with) and my biggest problem is that I can leave it charge for 2 solid days even and it won't hold a charge for an entire week. Maybe this one is defective, but I don't like the mold factor so I may just go back to my normal battery powered toothbrush. I didn't have these problems. Also the replacement bristle heads are EXPENSIVE. There is no reason for them to be that expensive!!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an excellent tooth brush that get's my teeth clean and it's easy to use.

I bought this toothbrush because the battery in my old one died. I like it as well, although this model has a single light that flashes when it's recharging, rather than a row of lights that tells you how close it is to being finished.
Other than that, it's great for what it does.

Love my electric toothbrush!

The first time using an electric toothbrush felt a little "intense" but I quickly decided I loved how clean my gums and teeth felt after using it, and now I love how it feels while I brush.
