had bad roting teeth and it has helped clean them alot more and better

Noticed cleaner whiter teeth and gum inflammation has decreased. I just need a new head for it and cannot aford to do that right now. The only thing that I don't like is that you have to uscrew the section that the brisstle head is attached to from the rest of the toothbrush and check for water. Ifeel as though they should be air tight so that there is no stagnet water sitting in there causing a nasty black film on the inside and mold. can any of this cause any harm to me or get in my mouth while brushing?

I love my toothbrush. The Sonicare brushes work great and are easy to use. My only complaint is that they're hard to clean. Be sure to take it apart once a week and scrub the grooves. If you do that, it works like a dream.
Pros: works great
Cons: hard to clean

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush. I am very happy with its performance but its lifespan is too short. The price of the basic unit and the replacement toothbrushes is too high for the longevity of the product. There is no way of replacing the battery and that forces the consumer to purchase a new one every two years or less. I will not buy a new one again.
Pros: performance ease of use.
Cons: price of unit and replacement brushes., short lifespan of battery., inability to replace the battery.

Water, eventually slime, pools in the handle well and the run off discolors the charging stand. The leakage through the brush attachment is considerable when compared to my last model. The openings in the handle well promote a constant run off down the handle which results in a circular brown crust on the charging stand. I know daily maintenance is a solution, but this is excessive compared to earlier models.

I had an oral b toothbrush before this and was satisfied with it, but the battery finally died and it was time to buy a new toothbrush. i called my dentist to get some advise on which toothbrush to buy and they would only recommend sonic care. i purchased a sonic care and could not believe the difference. i feel like my teeth are much cleaner. the two minute timer is a nice little bonus because you would never realize how long two minutes really are when you brush! i would highly recommend this toothbrush, in fact i already have.

Love the unit-teeth feel really clean after use

The unit is great. Simple to use and my teeth feel realy clean after I use it. Along with the power flosser I bought(Also Phillips), I feel I might have a chance to keep the teeth I have(age 66).
Pros: love rechargeable-no buying batteries, angle fits mouth very well.
Cons: nothing i can think of
