My dental checkups have been outstanding since first using the Sonicare toothbrush when it first appeared on the market. Recommended by a dental professional. He was correct.
Pros: this works better than similar products., quality
Cons: non replaceable battery wears out too soon.

Needs Design Improvement

This is our second set of the Sonicare toothbrush. Did not realize that this new set we purchased did not have the "Two minute Timer" which our first set did have. This is a nice feature to have while brushing.
The biggest compliant we have about the brush is how much water collects between the body and the brush head. If you do not keep that space between cleans it can get a gross build up of gunk. We now use a sleeve cut from latex glove to cover our bottom half of the brush head which has helped keep it dry and clean.
Does a great job in brushing teeth especially in those hard to reach areas.

The battery seems to last forever, but it is sometime hard to turn off because of the button.

My prior Phillips toothbrush was great! This one works but has fewer of the features. It has a two minute timer but it's not broken into 4 30 second intervals for brushing your mouth in sections. I liked that the two minute brush cycle had pauses every 30 seconds to let you know to move the brush to a new side. It also had 5 lights for the battery charge so you had an easier time telling how much charge was left. The new one has just one light so your not sure the charge that remains. The same style brush as before with less features. I guess Phillips is telling me to get the same features spend more money.
Pros: price is reasonable
Cons: timer not in 30 second sections, less features than prior models
