Gets hard-to-reach spots better

After almost a year, this toothbrush is still working great. Had to replace the head recently and my only complaint is the cost involved -- wish they were cheaper. Everyone in the family has one (4 total) so replacement adds up. But, compared to my regular toothbrush, I feel I'm doing a better job at cleaning where my hygienist said needed attention -- at the back of my rear molars. The brush size is smaller with the Philips, so I can reach these areas better. I still fall back to the regular toothbrush when traveling since there are issues with the size and weight. I put it in the recharger every time, so I have no idea how long a charge will last. Overall, I now only use my regular toothbrush for trips.
Pros: gets at hard-to-reach areas
Cons: a little bulky for travel

gets moldy inside

Even though I rinse thoroughly after using, I still find black mold inside base. I change the head regularly and yet this problem continues

Sonicare toothbrush

This is without a doubt the BEST toothbrush we have ever used. Our dentist told us to get this brush and he could tell we had been using it. Both my husband and I have peridontal gum disease but with the sonicare toothbrush I am pleased to say we are in remission and doing great. Our teeth and gums are healther and feel cleaner than they ever have been before. Thank you Sonicare for helping us to get better!!

I enjoy this product I feel my teeth are cleaner than if I use a regular tooth brush.

The only problem I am have is that the sonic seems slower even though it remains charged on the base after each use.

Great at first but now it won't hold a charge

I love using it, but after having it for 3 months, it won't hold a charge for more than 2 days. It's a pain to have to keep it on the charger constantly so it will work and not shut off halfway through brushing my teeth. Even more of a pain since we have 2 of them...
