This product had good features

The only problem I'm having with the product is getting the head back off to change to another one for spouse to use. It doesn't want to come off.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: ease of changing heads

I love using my Sonicare toothbrush, because it cleans so well, & with the timer, I know I am brushing the right amount of time.
Pros: fells like i just got my teeth cleaned.
Cons: need electric

I can tell a difference between using the Philips Sonicare toothbrush versus other battery or manual toothbrushes, and the Philips Sonicare brush definitely makes my teeth feel like there is less plaque on them. I like the two-minute auto shut-off feature also.

Teeth get cleaner than manual toothbrushes and with less effort

This has a 2 minute timer which I don't like as it takes me longer to brush my teeth and prefer it to stay on until I'm completely done in 7-10 minutes. Other than that, I've been using this model for over 25 years and really like it, with the exception of timers. My dentist recommended the Sonicare over 25 years ago or so.

Good product some issue with design and brush refills

Love the way the product works. We prefer the smaller brush head which is hard to find and quite expensive. The design is much better than the previous one. But "gunk" still collects in the top of the base which is difficult to clean and sanitize.
I do like the double beep when you want to turn off unit before 2 minute time frame.

Love my Sonicare!

Within one use, I noticed whiter teeth! Amazing. It tickles at first and you think "I won't get used to this" but you do. It's a luxury that everyone should enjoy!!
