This is my third Sonicare unit and I love it with the exception of the "massage" mode which makes you have to turn it off twice instead of just the one time.
Pros: as always a wonderful cleaning machine!
Cons: massage is useless to me!

my only complaint is that the replacement heads are too expensive. I have been using sona care for years. I like the two minute timer and the way it cleans teeth.

Feels great on your teeth and gums, like you had just gotten your teeth cleaned. It does require cleaning under the bottom half of the handle after each use and turns off after two minutes instead of giving you an alert and letting you choose to continue brushing.
Pros: like getting your teeth cleaned on a daily basis
Cons: requires cleaning after each use, turns off after two minutes

First I bought my husband the essense for a Christmas gift and he really liked it, so then I got one. It took a little getting used to but I really like mine too! So we thought we would buy our daughter her own and she loves hers too and continues to get excellent check ups at our dentist. I would recommend this product to anyone !
