Lacks a Timer

The one thing I do miss ia the two minute timer which I had on my last Sonic. Turns out I missread/misunderstood the packaging description of the product.

So disappointed with this model. My previous Phillips was wonderful!! I should have gotten the same one. This model has absolutely no power!

I should have stuck to my previous Phillips model. This one has no power and after I use it, I don't feel as though I have brushed my teeth. Very disappointing for a Phillips product.

I believe that there is a manufacturing design problem. There is a hole in the threads that connect the top to the bottom of the unit. Consequently, water continues to leak into the cavity of the base portion of the unit. If the toothbrush is not opened and emptied and wiped after each use, it becomes rancid and smells foul.
I recommended this product to another person and they do not have this problem. The store where I purchased your product says that I need to return it to you directly. Is that what you advise?

The only drawback is to remember to have it in your mouth when you turn it on or off - unless you like to clean the bathroom mirror.

I love this toothbrush. The first one I bought lasted 19 years.
I must say that it takes a few times to get used to using this toothbrush, but it cleans and messages the gums most efficiently.
I would reccommend it to everyone. Also the price has come down
so, most can now afford to own one.

Easy to use, battery charge lasts a week or more, does a great job of getting teeth clean! What more can you want in a toothbrush? The two minute timer function is useful, too.
Pros: pleasing to look at and comfortable to hold
Cons: a little difficult to clean inside
