An excellent product with one flaw

This product is well-designed and does a terrific job of cleaning one's teeth. My dentist always comments on how great my gums look and how clean my teeth are. One issue is the fact that if you place the unit in the charger while its wet, gunk will build-up in the charger base. Also, its best to unscrew the brush after use, rinse the brush and the handle assembly and store the pieces separately until they dry. Otherwise, mold and gunk will build-up inside the handle and on the threads of the handle in a short period of time.
Warranty service, if needed, is excellent and telephone personnel are obviously well-trained and pleasant to deal with.
Finally, there are many models of this unit available with no distinguishable difference, other than color and shape. This makes it difficult to select a product. The line-up needs to be paired-down.

Sonicare has many wonderful features making brushing a pleasure.

I didn't do a very good job brushing my teeth until I purchased a Sonicare. The hygienist always instructed me on proper brushing of my teeth but I did a poor job. When I got my Sonicare she again showed me how to use my brush. the Sonicare does all the work and I receive kudos now when I go in for my regular cleaning.

Wish I bought one years ago.

My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush because of all the bridge work I have had done. I decided to purchase one because of all the money I have invested in my teeth. Not only did my gums became much healthier, my hygienist couldn't believe the difference in how much cleaner my teeth were. I never expected that! When she showed me and then explained what it used to look like, I was so pleased and wished I had bought one years and years ago. I highly recommend this product and tell all my friends whenever the subject of the dentist comes up. Easy to travel with as well. I can never go back to a regular toothbrush; when I use a regular toothbrush at work, my teeth just don't feel as clean. Love the two minute timer on it as well.
Pros: easy cleanings @ the dentist., two minute timer.

Product delivers consistently and lasts

I have always had a sonicare brush since I started using electronic. When I had a problem, I was helped by the company and a brush was replaced. I like the design, and the tidy holders. I carry it with me when I travel. Only problem I see is that the handle design causes it to accumulate dirt and deposits inside and has to be regularly cleaned out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
