Yesterday it stopped working while using on my teeth. Had to take brush off and clean inside which was black with mold. It then worked better.

Does a better job than manual brushing, but the handle is somewhat clunky to manipulate during brushing.
Cons: should have quadpacer feature to even out brushing, expensive brush replacement heads

My dental technician is very impressed with the improvement in my gum health & decrease in plaque since using the Sonicare toothbrush. Wish I'd started using one sooner!

I had an electric toothbrush many years ago and hated it....I couldn't stand the harsh vibration.
I decided to try again last year and am ecstatic with my
new Sonic Care!! It does such a fantastic job and is much
smoother. Easy use, easy clean
up, and easy to pack when I travel.... and my teeth look great!!

The Sonicare Essence Toothbrush gently massages my gums as it thoroughly cleans the surfaces of my teeth without removing my tooth enamel.
Pros: the sonic vibration, much faster than manual brushing
Cons: costly replacement brush heads

I have used this brand of toothbrush for over 10 years now. I love this toothbrush. My teeth feel very clean after each use. My first toothbrush rechargeable battery lasted almost 10 years. It would charge but wouldn't last so got new one. I use old one to clean with...LOL...works great for that too!
Cons: mine did not come with a hard case...it was a bag.

I absolutely can't tolerate this product. It is SOOOO hard to clean and it's too big to fit comfortably in my hand. I've had a Braun previously until it broke so I bought this one...never again...do you have a better product you'd like to send me because I'm shopping!
