This is my second Sonicare rechargeable toothbrush. After 8 years with the first one, it started loosing it's charge. I do like the product, however the new one doesn't seem to stay charged much longer. I travel alot & usually don't take the charger with me, so it's a bit annoying that after a week, I'm brushing manually.
Pros: cleans thoroughly, bursh heads are reasonably priced, has nice travel case
Cons: doesn't keep charged long enough
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third sonicare toothbrush & i continue to be very happy w/it & my routine checkups have also been very favorable thanks to my use of this product.
I also make it a point to change the head every 3 months s they recommend --it is cheap insurance to insure I am getting the most bang for my $$$

Seriously...when the toothbrush would no longer charge properly, I got in touch with your service department. The personnel were very helpful and professional and made sure my complaint was handled properly and as fast as possible...they replaced the old brush with a new one which has worked well. My dental hygienist is very happy because the brush makes her job a lot easier in that it really does remove stains and it makes my smile nicer.
Pros: pro?...does a "pro"fessional job.

Great basic Sonicare brush

I didnt need all of the fancy features some of the other models have so this one works perfectly for me. At first I wasnt a believer in electric toothbrushes until I tried a Sonicare. WOW.... after the first use I could completely tell the difference in how clean my teeth were. It was like going to the dentist. Now time I use it I feel like I just left the dentist. I think the design could be slimmer but it's not bad. I HIGHLY recommend this to friends.
Pros: cleans very well, lasts forever on one full charge
Cons: larger design

We used to have the type of Sonicare that would divide the brushing time into quarters, and we liked that better. For the money, however, this new one is just fine. Our dental hygenist originally recommended the Sonicare brand and we have had better check-ups ever since.
