I'm very pleased with my sonicare toothbrush

When I got this toothbrush for Christmas, I have to say I was a little disappointed. I didn't want a new toothbrush. But when I started using it, and I found out how easy it was to use, and I saw how much cleaner my teeth were compared to a regular toothbrush, I don't know how I existed without my sonicare toothbrush. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: gets teeth super clean, lasts two weeks without charging
Cons: slightly expensive but brush heads are cheap
I would recommend this to a friend!

the handling of the tooth brush is the right size

i would recommend this to all ages. my sons have uses this product since they were little and had great reviews with the dentist. they could see the doiffernce.
Pros: slender not too big and bulky
Cons: the brush itself needs too be bigger

I had not considered an electronic toothbrush until my son encouraged me to try one; he recommended the Philips Sonicare Essence which I have now used for about 9 months. It is great and works wonders. I have far less plague buildup on my teeth and my hygenist sees much improvement in the care of my teeth. It is very easy to use and I even took it with me last month on a two week trip to Europe as I did not want to be without it. It stays recharged for over a week. I like the product.
Pros: easy to use, stays charged a long time

Easy to use, works great

You won't shortcut the amount of time needed. Sometimes 2 minutes seems to fly by, other times it takes forever. I guess that suggests I was taking big shortcuts with a plain old toothbrush.
Cons: charging takes 24 hours after a full discharge

saves money on gum-disease related procedures

My current model is a replacement for the model that died after several years. Ever since I have used the soniccare, I haven't had to have extra checkups for gum disease and have avoided the dreaded "deep cleanings." Works for me.
Pros: effective

Easy transition

After years of battery powered toothbrushes, my dental hygienist suggested a sonic toothbrush. Though others in my family found it painful to use, I did not. My teeth feel very clean when finished. I'm a "thorough" teeth brusher, and find the 2 minute timer that turns the brush off automatically after 2 minutes fascinating! Learned I am a 3 minute tooth brusher--overkill! Only complaint is that I did NOT find it easy to pack for travel in spite of its case--does the charger stay home? Missed my toothbrush, but took an old standby while vacationing.
Pros: easy to learn to use
Cons: doesn't lend itself to travel
