Great plaque reducer!

My dentist brother gave me my 1 st one. after a number of years (many) the battery charge wouldn't hold the charge, so i did not hesitate to get another one. I have beautiful teeth, no plaque, excellent dental checkups. A great product.

Stop the light from blinking!!!!!

We have two of these toothbrushes and we can not get the flashing to stop. We reset them and used them for the full time but nothing helps!!!
Cons: your customer service rep's are nice but to slow., advice given did not help!

Get you clean but not a sturdy design

Only have had the brush for 6 months. It's already falling apart and the brush leaks water to the inside leaving disgusting film.
Pros: gets you clean
Cons: not sturdy, leaks water to internals, constantly cleaning the device
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sonicare IS the sonic toothbrush

Though I have never used another 'ultrasound' toothbrush other than the pioneer, I will probably always replace (rarely) this brush with the same brand. Having them priced so competitively is very persuasive in this decision.
Pros: durability

Best purchase

Buying the Philips Sonicare Essence is the best purchase I made this year. I wasn't sure if it would make a difference in my gums or teeth but I must say my teeth feel and are cleaner and yet the cleaning feels gentler than using a manual tooth brush. I am a senior so my gum lines show signs of receding but the sonicare seems to have helped this condition also. Can't imagine going without my Sonicare toothbrush for even a day. Thank you for a good product. My only problem is with the cost of the replacement brushes. A little high.
Pros: does a great job on my teeth
Cons: high price on replaceable brushes
