Love my Sonicare toothbrush!!!!

I truly LOVE my Sonicare toothbrush because I don't have to worry about if I brushed my teeth thoroughly of not, and I know that my gums get massaged. I also don't have to worry about if I spent enough time brushing my teeth because the toothbrush times my brushing. My dentist recommended the Sonicare toothbrush to my father-in-law, and he got one for himself, my daughter, my husband, my brother-in-law, and me for Christmas. It was a great gift to get. My father-in-law had an appointment with our dentist for a cleaning and after inspecting his teeth, he was told he didn't need a cleaning. The hygienist asked him how he kept his teeth clean. He told them he followed the dentist's advise and began to use the Sonicare toothbrush. I really feel that I am taking great care of my teeth by brushing with my Sonicare toothbrush. Thanks for all the work put into the research and development of a truly great product!!! :-)
Pros: times brushing., ensures gums are massaged., maintains charge a long time!
Cons: the replacement brush heads are expensive.

Makes my teeth so clean

I just love this product. My dentist told me some years ago to get one and I just was so used to the regular toothbrushes that I didn't get it. Then they stopped making my regular one so I finally bought a Sonicare for my husband and myself. My teeth feel like they are professionaly cleaned every morning.

Easy to use but I have to take it apart to keep it clean. If I do not air it out, it gets moldy inside.

Don't brush harder-brush better!!

I am 63 years old and have all of my original teeth. For the better part of my life, dentists have advised me to stop brushing my teeth so vigorously as there was evidence of my gums receding due to this improper brushing. I thought I couldn't afford a Sonicare brush and I was worried that my teeth wouldn't feel as clean. Well, about 5 years ago, after a shoulder and hand surgery, I took the plunge and bought a Sonicare. My teeth look and feel great and my dentist says my teeth and gums look better than ever. I spend less time in the dentist's chair as the plaque buildup has also been greatly reduced. Thanks Sonicare-all seniors need this product to encourage correct brushing. The Sonicare is certainly affordable and well worth the investment. I only wish I had purchased one sooner. Thanks again-I'm a FAN!!

The troubles with tori

I have what has been discribed as a small mouth and add to that tori mandibulari (lingual tori), and it makes it difficult to get my sonic care to the needed areas of my mouth to get the full benefit. I do not believe this is a problem with the product itself, since my husband is WILD about his, rather I think I simply have a difficult mouth to clean. This also seems to cause excessive wear and tear on my brush heads since I am replacing mine 3/1 over my husband.
Pros: the parts it hits feel great
Cons: hidden areas

This is my second Sonicare and I really like it. The reason I had to get a new one is the battery woudn't hold a charge any more. The new one is great. It is easy to use and my teeth feel much cleaner than after using a regular toothbrush. My dental cleanings seem to go much quicker & easier since using a Sonicare. I like the timer and massage features too.

Great product

This is actually a replacement brush. I had my first brush for over two years when it stopped holding a charge. I called Philips and was told since I had registered my brush, I was entitled to a new one. Awesome! I have had the new one for a couple of weeks and it works beautifully. I truly notice a difference using this brush compared to a manual toothbrush and even an electric one. I have an issue with plaque buildup and this brush works great for removing it. Love it!
