A good product

I have had several Philips Sonicare toothbrushes over the years - all did an excellent job and lasted many years. The most recent toothbrush I purchased, however, failed within a year. Philips replaced the toothbrush, as it was within the warranty period. The entire experience was a pleasant one. The Philips customer service rep was very professional, and I had my replacement in short order. I am extremely pleased with the replacement product.

No Cavities!!!

I have had a cavities every dentist appointment I have ever gone to until now. I haven't had a cavity in over a year thanks to my Philips Sonicare Essence. Thanks!
Pros: easy to use, long battery life, clean teeth

I can't say enough about how much I enjoy this product. I have used one for years and purchased this because my wife and I use our separate bathrooms for our convenience. My teeth and my wife's teeth always feel clean. Thanks for a great product.

I would never go back to a manual toothbrush

This is my second sonicare. I lost my first one while on vacation. I had my first one for almost eight years until I left it behind at a hotel. They last forever and you definitely get what you paid for. I remember within a month of using the sonicare my teeth where whiter and my dentist always says how nice my teeth are. I haven't had a cavity since I started using the sonicare.
Pros: whiter teeth, better checkups at the dentist
Cons: buying the replacement heads but still worth it.

Leaks while on charger.

This is the third Sonicare I have had over a many year period. I have never had trouble with moisture leaking from the bottom on to the charger until I got this one. Unless I totally take it apart, clean and dry all parts, it will be stuck to the charger the next morning. As far as the brushing goes, it is great. I would never use any electric toothbrush other than a Sonicare. However, I am somewhat disappointed in this one.
Pros: ease of use; clean feeling of teeth.
Cons: leaking of base.

A wonderful product that does a great job-easy to use for all ages. I have been using this model for over a year and previously had the flex model for over 6 years-highly recommend any of the Philips products.
