Cons: on/off button is clumsy to operate

I love the way the sonicare cleans my teeth. There are times when I have to use a regular toothbrush and it simply doesn't compare. I will definitely be using one of these for the rest of my life! The only complaint I have is that the model I own collects water under the brush head and gets black and moldy. Also, my husband has one too and his "on button" broke. But this may have been a fluke. Other than those issues, I would highly recommend the sonicare.
Pros: cleans my teeth better than any other brush

Functions well, design stinks!

You've made a excellent product with what I consider to be a MAJOR design flaw. The rechargeable battery cannot be replaced. This necessitates the purchase of a new toothbrush when only the battery has failed. This may be good for business but it's bad for consumers. I will not be buying another one.
Pros: works well
Cons: non-replaceable battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product really cleans and whitens your teeth. It is very easy to use. I like the two minute brushing cycle. It gets your teeth squeaky clean and shiny. It does not leave any residue in your mouth. When I brush my tongue, the toothbrush is gentle but thorough. I highly recommend this product over a regular toothpaste.

I like the ease of use of this product and the results I get with good dental checkups, but I do not care for the design. The fact that toothpaste etc. drain into the head of the handle is a problem.
Pros: ease of use
