I had great discount coupons so I purchased the Essence Brush to replace an Elite brush I used for many years. It does not only ruin my opinion of Sonicare, it has inhibited my dental care results. My dentist has determined that my gums are not in as good of condition as they were when I used the Elite brush. I will never purchase this brush again. I may switch to an entirely different brand, not just one of your models.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: does not measure up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I won't be without my Phillips Sonicare from this time forward.
I love the way my teeth feel so refreshingly clean after a two minute session. I can tell my gums are healthier as well.
It is so nice to have purchased an item, put into use and have the results actually experienced exceed my initial expectations by a huge margin.

Not as good as last one

The new toothbrush is not nearly as good as the last Phillips Sonic that I had. It no longer beeps when you should change directions, therefore you have to have a watch on to brush your teeth and that's absurd. Also, don't think the warning to need recharging is very good.
Next time I would look at other brands of toothbrushes. I liked my first one very much, but......

I've been using a Sonicare toothbrush for 10+ years. My dentist always comments on my good dental hygiene.
My only complaint is that this model doesn't have quad pacer so I have to guess when to move on to another area of my mouth.

The small, slimline brush head is perfect for my mouth. In a short time, it has made a difference in the shape of my gums. I like the timer.
