This product is long-lasting. I have had it a year and it is good as new (except for head).

I really like this toothbrush. Definitely makes your teeth feel cleaner than a regular toothbrush.
Cons: falls over easily, price of replacement heads

This will be the third set of these brushes we have purchased. Also bought one single brush. The first 5 lasted about three years each. We purchased one more set because we had many new brush heads in reserve and this is the only power unit that will work with them. If these don't last longer, they will be the last. The design of the unit changes just enough each time so that you cannot use the old charger with the new units. With the cost of these units, they should last much longer.
Pros: do a good job of cleaning
Cons: short life and costly

After each use, my teeth feel like I've just come from the Dentist office. My dentist comments on how good my teeth look and we both attribute this to my use of this product.

there is nothng to find fault with. its clean simple design makes it easy t use and the long battery life means it does not have to sit on the counter charging on the counter all the time. the tone reminder feature asists you in making sure you brush the right amount of time.

Difficult to clean

Design of this product is so poor. The toothpaste leaks into the area under the brush and has to be cleaned out after every use. Although the actual brushing is very good, the difficulty of keeping it and the charger clean makes it impossible to recommend. Look at the Braun electric toothbrush to find out how one should be designed.

Cons: difficulty in cleaning

The reason I gave "ease of use" and "design" an average score was I feel the "on" button and the "speed" selection button are in such a position, that I turn it off and change the speed unintentionally while I am brushing my teeth.
I will continue to use it because I love the way it makes my teeth feel so clean.

Great easy to use product

This is my fourth Sonicare. I prefer the models that have the 30 second zone timers, but this model works jut fine. This time, I'm keeping track of how long the brush lasts because it has felt like I'm replacing the brushes too soon due to bettery life issues.
Pros: gets teeth clean
