Drove me crazy the first few times I tried it with the vibrations in my mouth. Hard to keep it in for the full time. After I got used to it, I LOVE IT!!!! Seems to have brightened up my smile, and I know the dentist will be very happy with my gums. Teeth feel as if I just had them cleaned. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product. Will never again be without my Philips sonic toothbrush. When this ones dies, you can bet I will get another.

I am very satisfied with this product. I had used other toothbrushes, but was never very satisfied. I like the timer feature, and the design which makes it easy to use.
Pros: does a great job.

Nice toothbrush but loses ability to charge

This toothbrush lets water in under the brush attachment area. You have to let it dry out before you can charge it and eventually it will
not charge at all. This has happened with two of these that I bought.
Eventually it blinks all the time that it needs to be charged - even if you have been charging it for days. The first one lasted only 3 or 4 months. The next one lasted about 6 months.
The Sonicare toothbrush that I had before these two lasted about 4 years.

Ease of use

I have been using this toothbrush for years and am completely satisfied with the job that it does to keep my teeth clean. Brushing my teeth is no longer a dreaded necessity due to the ease of using this product and my teeth feel much cleaner than after using a manual toothbrush. I have given one of these toothbrushes to each of my children (2) and grandchildren (3) because I feel it does a much superior job of cleaning.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: replacement brushes are too expensive

I don't know why it took me so long to purchase a Sonic. It's a great tool to keep me and my dentist happy. After a week using, I also bought brushes for my 11 and 13 year old sons. We all look forward to great dental care in the future. Thanks Sonic!

We purchased 4 e-series rechargeable toothbrushes for the entire family. We love the toothbrushes and how clean your teeth feel after use. Less than 6 months after we purchased the toothbrushes we noticed two of them were having issues. They do not hold a charge long enough to complete a two minute cycle despite staying on the charger per the manufacturer recommendation. The other two units work great and hold a charge well. I would like for there to be an option to purchase extra battery chargers. I also think it would be a great idea for there to be double chargers. Having to keep chargers plugged in all the time takes up both receptacles in my bathroom. I have not purchased new units as they are expensive and I am afraid they will also quit in a few months.
