I have very sensitive teeth and gums, and this product is as gentle as it is effective. The first time I used it I could not believe how clean my teeth felt. I could never go back to using a manual brush. It holds its charge for such a long time so it's convenient in that respect. My only complaint is that my upper teeth are slightly crooked, and brushing the backs is a bit difficult because the brush head is not versatile enough.
Pros: cleans great, gentle, holds charge for a long time
Cons: brush head is not as versatile as i'd like

Our Sonicare toothbrushes help us keep our gums healthy, prevent placque build up, and remove food particles from crevices we didn't know had accumulated food. We love them. I would suggest to anyone to purchase the model that beeps to let you know when to move to the next quarter of your mouth - we have to guess.
Pros: cleans well, cost effective
Cons: no timer, slips in my hand from time to time

The first time I used my electric tooth brush I was amazed. When I ran my tongue across my teeth they felt just like they do after they've been cleaned at the dentist. I love this product

I have used this product for years - this one is an upgrade for me. It truly does a great job - it improved my overall dental health. One thing that I think should be improved is the magnets inside the brush head should not be removable.

Cleans teeth and gums very well

I think this toothbrush has significantly improved my oral health. With gum pockets only measuring 2 or 3, an improvement over some 4s I used to have. I don't care for the massage function as I believe the regular setting is sufficient. I like the 2 minute timer, but the 30 second interval buzz is unnecessary because it does not correspond to pattern in which I brush my teeth. However, overall it is a great product.
Pros: excellent cleaning of teeth and gums
Cons: massage setting

Mostly a great product

I was disappointed to learn that this product did not have the interval beep like the last one I purchased. This means I have to stand in front of a clock with a second hand, which is a bit inconvenient.
It's also sometimes difficult to get the brush head seated in the handle.
Overall, I love the way my teeth feel after using this brush, and I have definitely had fewer dental problems since starting to use a Sonicare brush a few years ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!
