The brush does not last long enough in my opinion, and they cost A LOT to replace them. It would be nice if they last longer. Be sure to wash the inside of the toothbrush!

I have had four rechargeable toothbrushes over the years. My first was a Spinbrush. It didn't work nearly as well and my gums were not nearly as healthy as I expected them to become. When that brush died I bought my first Sonicare toothbrush. It was a night and day difference. Within a week I felt that my gums were healthier and my teeth were whiter. Since then I've used the Sonicare religiously once per day. My dentist says that I now have 'boring teeth' because nothing ever goes wrong. I have also not needed a filling in more than ten years. I just bought my third Sonicare and I have no plans to change. We also bought one for my wife. It is her first. She has used it for only a few weeks now, but is already a believer. Many thanks to you all.
Pros: promotes super healthy gums and white teeth., reasonable price.
Cons: expensive brush head.

This is a warranty replacement, and is head and shoulders above my original Sonicare. The battery has a much longer life between chargings, and I couldn't be more pleased with the extended warranty period (2 years) as well as with the courteous service I received when calling about the product you have replaced. You are a great company with an excellent product!

I like the product but small bathroom and keep it in another room so don't use as much as I would like. The cord and holder fit on back of the toilet but afraid they might fall in.
Pros: works good
Cons: so far none

We have been using this product for years and when we had problems the customer service has been outstanding. I would recommend this product to anyone. Also since using this product my dental checks have been excellent and the comments on the health of my gums have been very satisfactory.

It's an OK electric toothbrush.

The biggest problem with this toothbrush is how long it takes to recharge the handle---18 hours. It holds the charge for almost a week with twice daily usage. Brush heads can break easy, but can last for about 6 months.
