This is a great product and gentle on my gums which is what I need.

Clearly I am happy with Sonicare's products as I had to replace my old model since it was no longer holding it's charge. My one complaint about this model is that it does not beep after 30 seconds to let you know to move on to the next section of your mouth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was expecting this product to not only prompt me every 30 seconds, but also show battery charge level, it does neither. I guess I was measuring it to my previous Sonicare product; it had a battery charge level and it prompted me every 30 seconds notifying me when to switch to the next row of teeth. The brush head loosens mid-way and vibrates if you don't use extreme presure when tighting it.
Pros: battery life seems to be quite long
Cons: no battery charge level nor 30 sec prompt
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After using the Sonicare, it feels as tho I just visited my dental hygenist. My teeth feel so clean and they are also so much whiter.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: no cons at all

Too intense

I am not used to the intense vibrations this product gives out. My wife loves it, I don't use it much and feel guilty for my teeth that I don't.

This is my second tooth brush I have bought. Should have looked closer & got one that pauses after 30 seconds. This one runs for 2 minutes & shuts off. I am used to it now.
Pros: lets you brush for 2 min.
Cons: should have looked closer & got the one that pause
