Good product but designed terribly

My biggest is the design of the product. Water can seep into the well between the motor and head attachment. The water then becomes moldy and smelly. Unleike my wife's Oral B electric toothbrush where the design doesn't allow for water seepage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has improved my dental health

The timer gives me 2 minutes of dental cleaning & gum massage. Like the cover to protect the brush. Easy to keep clean.
Pros: stays charged for a long period
Cons: the base has a nice design feature.

The older version use to beep every thirty seconds - for fulll two minutes of brushing - the new product goes for two minutes with no beep every thirty seconds

It is an exelent tool and very reliable. The brush does an exelant job, havn't had a cavaty since I started using it. My teeth are in good health at my age of 80 years. A few years ago I gave each of my grown children (4) Sonic brusks at Christmas. Ther will always be a Sonic in our homes.
