Cap Leaks

Liquid runs down the shaft and into the screw off brush head cap. This dries out and become dirty adn also the liquid leaks down to the storage base/charger and makes that quite dirty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our second sonicare, and we do not feel that this is as well designed and made as the first one. Our biggest disappointment, is that the units tend to retain liquid and toothpaste debris and then drips it onto the charging unit underneath the handle. We continue to dry the handles before putting them back on the charging stand and also take off the head and make sure that is dry also, but still have to continue cleaning the area of the stand where the handle sits. The handles leak from somewhere.
Pros: 2 separate handles ease to pack for travel
Cons: heads don't seem to last as long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tickled at first but after a week that went away. My teeth feel like they do after the dentist! Love the timed brushing so I know I did a good job. Very easy to clean/ maintain and the charging section is contact so there's no worrie about shorting out the base with water. The battery lasts a long time. Never ran out on vacations. This was a very good investment on my part. Thanks!
Pros: makes your teeth truly feel clean, battery life, clean and sturdy design
Cons: tickles your mouth during the first week

THIS BRUSH DOES A NICE JOB AND THE TWO MINUTE TIMER IS REALLY HANDY, BUT IS A REAL PAIN TO HAVE TO CLEAN AND IF YOU DON'T CLEAN IT, IT GETS REALLY NASTY.
This item is so easy to use and does a great job at cleaning my teeth.

It doesn't take long to charge after each use. It is so easy to use, you turn it on, place it in an area and let it brush, move it when it signals and then turn it off. I love how my teeth look and feel after brushing.

Rarely do I encounter a product so gratifying that I'll take the time to write an endorsement. The Sonicare does a much better job than I ever did, even with an ergonomic, large-headed manual brush. Especially welcome the gum massage. I suppose I should not be surprised; I've been using Philips-Norelco shavers for several decades with generally excellent results.
