I bought this electric toothbrush because of the statement on the box about its performance. I don't like the way the bristles are shaped...it doesn't seem to get my teeth clean. I wish I had gotten something else!

Love this much better than a previous brand that was given to me as a gift. This has actually made my teeth whiter and the two minutes fly by.
Pros: makes brushing enjoyable.
Cons: wish the replacement heads weren't so pricey.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do not recommend the toothbrush they sent to me as a replacement for my original battery operated toothbrush. I received it on 9/27 and have had to replaced the batteries 3 times. My original one I only had to replace the batteries once. Poor toothbrush! I don't know what the problem is with this one however it is definitely NOT recommended by me. Buy the one that recharges itself in the holder.
Pros: not hard to replace batteries
Cons: eates batteries!!!!!!

I like the way the tooth brush works - however it holds water and toothpaste in the mechanism cavity. It's disgusting. When I come back to get the tooth brush from the holder to use again the holder is dirty with old water and toothpast. It's unsanitary and unsightly. I wash the brush off each time I use it and dry it with a cloth. This doesn't help. I am really disappointed. J. Stryker

Cons: unsanitary, dirty used water and t.paste inside electrical par, leaks h2o inside brush container p brushing, stand is dirty all the time, not enginered well, maybe a older style, it's inferior product

I am happy overall with this product but there are a few things I would like better if they were modified. First of all, the brush head seems a basic. Maybe a head that has bristles with more definition- ie angle and raised side bristles. Also, the stem that connects the head to the base seems fragile. Although, I have had no problems with it, I tend to be aware of how thin that area is. But great power and keeps a charge well.

Had my very first Sonicare for approximately 10 years. Just replaced! Absolutely love this toothbrush and how it performs. Dental check ups are excellent and my mouth always feel so clean and refreshed!
