We are currently on our 2nd toothbrush! The first one lasted us forever! the whole family has their own sonicare toothbrush handle. I originally got it because I had gotten gingivitis. With this toothbrush it deep cleans your teeth.
I haven't had any kind of prolems with my teeth since i started using it!!!!

Pros: the battery lasts for along time in between charge
Cons: it is a pain cleaning it thouroughly

My first brush's battery charger broke after 2 years, and second brush charger and Brush battery dead only 2 month but my husband one is working well. (it was 2 sets in the box)
I try to open the body of brush to change the batteries with screw driver but it was very hard to open, before I brake it I called customer service.
I am glad I didn't force to open, if I broke it they won't send me another one. It was one quick phone call to replace the new one, Thanks!!

I love the shaver. I only had the classic older model in the past (the one that looked like the commercials from the 60's).
This is closer and more comfortable. Although I wasn't crazy about the detachable sideburns trimmer, it turned out to be no problem at all. I ave not traveled with it yet, so I do not know about charging it on the road with out taking the stand. I will have to crass that bridge when I take my next trip. Nor have i used it with shaving cram, although I want to do that to see if it makes the shave even smoother.
Pros: smooth comfortable
Cons: charging on the road?

This is my 2nd Sonicare tooth brush and I have been a customer for 10 to 15 years. I do not see much improvement over that time. They still leak at the bottom after they are placed in the recharging stand and leave a dark colored residue but I still like your product.

This product is great but the brush needs to be tighter so water doesn't get inside easily.

I love this product. This is my second electric toothbrush, the first was the same brand and lasted 5 years. I hope this one lasts as long. I do wish the brush tightened more so water doesn't leak in, but I am lost without it. The two minute timer is the best because we always think we have done enough.
Cons: water can get in base too easily.

Even Bought One to Use Overseas

My husband & I are so in love with our Sonicare toothbrush, we bought one on our first day while on vacation in Spain for just one week just so we wouldn't have to go a week without a Sonicare brush! I only wish I had been using a Sonicare since I was a toddler!
