I really like this toothbrush. It works much better than a manual and it's very easy to use. My previous electric had a 30sec beep to help you remember to switch quadrants, which was nice, but I can live without it.
Pros: better clean than with a manual
Cons: no timer 30sec timer function

Received this product for Christmas last year and would not think of using another toothbrush. Does a great job cleaning teeth, easy to use and the results at my dental checkups are unbelievable - no cavities and the dental technician has very little plaque to clean. I highly recommend this product.

A real aid to dental and periodonal health

This is the second electric toothbrush of this model that I have purchased, replacing the first that lasted ten years. Prior to acquiring my first one, I thought electric toothbrushes were a decadent extravagance and a waste of money. However, after my periodontist and dentist recommended the Philips Sonicare, I began having decidedly better check-ups. Not only did it keep my teeth cleaner but it improved the health of my gums. That made a believer out of me. The other good news is that the price has come down since I bought the first one so I now continue to get the same benefits for less money. It's all made me a believer.
Pros: only takes a dab of toothpaste to do its job., travel kit is a nice touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I put off trying sonicare tooth brush for years due to the price I finally caved and bought one when my dentist insisted I was brushing to hard n the sonicare would be the solution. I tried the cheap battery operated knock offs n hated them, now that I've tried the real deal I know there is no comparison, my teeth feel cleaner than ever before just as clean as when I leave the dentist it was well worth the money!
Pros: teeth feel as clean as if i just went to the denti, battery stays charged for days

This produce works nicely, and is easy to use. I especially like the 30 second increment tone for each quadrant.
The only thing I don't like is that the brushes don't seem to keep their firmness very long.
