Good product but missing one important feature

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the product but I would really like an alert feature when I'm 1 min into the 2 min timer. I like to be able to spend an equal amount of time on the top and bottom row of my teeth. It also works well with a whitening toothpaste.
Pros: comfortable to use, teeth feel clean after using, good amount of use on a single charge
Cons: there should be a 1 min alert

Intensity decreases.

I've been usinig Sonicare for many years now and it's still an important part of my oral hygiene regimen along with flossing and visits to the dentist. Now the newer model is lighter which helps when I travel. What bothers me is the decrease in the intensity of the strokes or vibration of the brush head even after only the first week or so of use. I also need to keep it on the recharging base, even if fully recharged already, otherwise the power decreases substantially after one 2-minute cycle. Lastly, the battery charge indicator light is much brighter in the newer model it might as well serve as a night light, which I don't need.

had this product for a few months, and the only issue I had was the battery failed in one of the tooth brushes, but had the faulty unit replaced promptly.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: battery issue

Me and my wife looked at other brands and decided that Phillips was by far the best pick. We love how it looks and the performance is superior to others. Having the brush head shaped like a regular toothbrush gives us a more effective cleaning unlike other brand which has the small round head. We love it and would highly recommend to others.
Pros: ease of maintainence., long lasting battery life.
