This product has improved my dental health

I had receding gums due to brushing so hard for so many years with a regular toothbrust. My dentist suggested an electic toothbrush and after using my Philips Sonicare for a few months, my gums are slowly easing back to where they belong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great overall value

Performs well, I bought one for my son. It is very easy to use. It indicates when to switch to a different area. I travel with it and the battery last a long time. I found it a little heavy and not easy to clean.
Pros: battery life, easy to use
Cons: not easy to clean, a little heavy

I've always prided myself on having good oral hygiene, but I didn't realize until I got my Sonicare that I really wasn't brushing long enough. My mouth feels so clean now and my dentist says that my usual 6 month build up of stains from coffee and red wine has lessened considerably.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans well, but the technology could use some updating, especially the battery. A smaller battery would allow for a more compact design, and the price seems like a newer battery compound could be afforded without too much of a hit to the bottom line.

This toothbrush is easy to use. My teeth feel sparkly clean like I just came from the dentist after each use.
Cons: replacement heads are non recyclable

Phenomenal results

I had had a Braun electric toothbrush before this, essentially because it was less expensive, and I thought that it was probably comparable to the Sonicare. But, after the Braun finally broke after several years, I finally bought a Sonicare, and COULD NOT BELIEVE the difference in effectiveness! The Sonicare is A LOT better than the Braun, and the results are incredible, so much so that even my dental hygienist noticed the difference without me even telling her! Great product!
