This toothbrush is basic and simple

It's a wonderful electric toothbrush. My only concern is that the last one we had stopped working. Found out it was the charger, after we purchased another double toothbrush. Please make the chargers available seperately. I now own 3 brushes and one charger.
Pros: great brush for a great price, recommended by dentist, teeth feel like they've just been cleaned
Cons: charger should be available seperately

Great product! exceeded my expectations! i travel a lot and I used it twice a day for almost a month without getting it to a charger. probablly not best for the battery on my part, but a testament of quality.
Feels cleaner just brushing than I ever got with regular brush, flossing, AND mouthwash!
Pros: great battery life

My Sonicare Toothbrush is awesome. My teeth and gums have never felt and looked better. Also, the Philips customer support is terrific. When I first bought the product it stopped working within 6 months so I called customer support. They were able to determine that the product was still in the warranty period and sent me a new one. Very impressive.
Pros: great customer support
Cons: a little gross to clean inside unit.

I would NEVER go back using a regular toothbrush. I take it with me even traveling. I absolutely LOVE my Sonicare Essence Toothbrush.

I originally bought this product 1 year ago. it has worked great for me ever since & it cleans better than a manual tooth brush & my dentist is very happy with my teeth. He recommended a electric tooth brush because I have had radiation to my neck
