I like the toothbrush itself but find the storage portion lacking. The two toothbrushes I purchased both sit in a small stand that tips over
frequently. Maybe I'm missing something but that proves to be a problem.

This product is great and the customer service is outstanding. When the item was failing to hold a charge, a simple phone call to Philips and it was replaced. Although the replacement took a while due to back order they consistently communicated the whole time. Excellent service and company.
The toothbrush is great and I use it twice a day for 2 minutes. My dentist recommended this to me and it leaves a very cleaning feeling. Plus it is great on the gums even if yours are sensitive. Responsibly priced to include refills. Battery holds a long charge. I have gone at least 2 weeks without charging. Great for travel.

I have owned at least 4 Phillips Sonacare electric tooth brushes. My perodontist recommended the product about 6-7 years ago. I only use the Phillips Sonacare now. The perodontist says my gums and teeth are in good condition. I brush at least 3 times a day with the Sonacare electric tooth brush.
Pros: excellent for teeth conditioning

Pros: like the size and shape of the head.
Cons: exact same model as my spouse. leads to confusion.

This toothbrush is so easy to use & travel with. My teeth feel cleaner than they ever have. Our family will never go back to a traditional toothbrush.
