I really love this product, especially the fact that I only have to charge it once a month.

My only gripe is the grip, it gets very slippery to hold after you start brushing. The handle should have a grippy surface, after all it does get wet and slippery.

I had my last Sonicare 9 years before the battery would not hold a charge for more than a day. I've had my current toothbrush 2 years and have to charge it every 2 days.
Also, please make the clear plastic brush cover a different colour, it's too easy to lay down and lose. Even a stripe down the center would be good. I painted red dots on mine with nail polish so it;s easy to see.

Pros: does a good job cleaning my teath
Cons: battery doesn't hold a charge for long after 2 yrs, clear plasic brush is easy to misplace, the replacement brush heads are way too expensive

No pause feature

I'm not recommending this because it doesn't have a pause feature, and there was no way of telling from the package information. It works as it should, but I really prefer my old one with the pause.

Works great for a while then won't hold a charge

I have had this toothbrush less than a year. I loved it when I first got it. I still love it, when it works. If my husband brushes his teeth before me, I'm out of luck for an hour or so because it won't stay charged. If it is not constantly charging, it won't even make it through the 2 minute timer before dying. I can no longer take it on an overnight stay without the charger. I love the toothbrush and it's effectiveness but am very disappointed with the battery life. It's not just mine, a close friend got hers around the same time I did and has the exact same problem. Overall, great toothbrush but the battery is horrible. The cheap spinbrush disposable ones have better batteries than the Sonic care, which for the money it costs is very disappointing.
Pros: cleans teeth well
Cons: will not hold a charge after 6 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
