ONE OF THE HOLDERS LEAVES A STICKY TOOTHPASTE RESIDUE IN THE CHARGER. tHE HOLDER IS RINSED AND DRIED BEFORE REPLACING IN CHARGER SO WHY IS IT DOING THAT ....THE OTHER ONE DOESN'T DO THAT. IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO WRAP THE HOLDER IN kLEENEX TO PREVENT THE SUDSY PASTE FROM TRAVELING FROM ONE'S MOUTH, DOWN THE HOLDER AND ONTO ONE'S ARM.
Pros: good brushing job
Cons: can be messy to use

love the way my teeth feel ! like i was just at the dentist! replacement heads are kinda expensive though.

Electric Toothbrush works great. this is second one we have purchased. First lasted several years; finally recharger base did not recharge brush anymore. Don"t change anything. Keep producing the larger toothbrush heads. Your new small heads aren't large enough.
Pros: good service.
Cons: water leaks into handle.

I have used an electric toothbrush before and not found the same quality as with the Phillips. I know I have not been caring for my mouth as well as one should and now I feel that I am making a difference and actually look forward to using this twice daily. I am sure that my dental office will notice the change!

The brushing performance is ok. However the design of the handle needs revision so that the parts fit tighter. Mold grows inside the handle which requires frequent cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My teeth have never felt or looked cleaner. Use 2 - 3 times a day, Wow - good bye manual brushing forever...

I find this toothbrush very easy to use and also to travel with. I particuarly like the carry case. I find that my teeth feel so much cleaner with this brush.

We have had a Sonicare for years and I would'nt be without it! Our teeth are cleaner and healthier than they have ever been since we stated using one. Our dentist recommeded it and we are so glad she did!
Pros: healthy teeth and gums
Cons: none!
