My only problem is each time I have baught one after about 2 years it needs to be replaced. In both cases the button went bad. Other then that it works great!

I like the product real well. I also like the hard travel case which is really a plus for me when traveling. I like the cord windup on bottom of the charger. Also the brush to be replaced is a much better improvement to know when to replace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only Six Months????

I really liked this brush but I've barely had it for six months and it only stays on about 10 seconds before it is completely dead! I have tried to correct the problem by allowing it to charge for several hours, letting it run down completely and then charging, even not using it for a few days. It's not working and I really think I should have gotten more than six months of use out of this brush. Now I have brush heads that are completely useless!
Pros: cleans well when it works!
Cons: doesn't last long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

useless brush

Unit seems to be useless after only a few

I can really feel a difference

I have been using my Sonicare toothbrush for almost a year now. Before using it I never considered spending the money for one, but I got mine as a gift. Now, I would definitely spend the money for one because I can tell a huge difference. My teeth feel so clean compared to just a normal toothbrush. Good oral health is a HUGE deal to me so I love feeling like this brush is helping keep my teeth and gums healthy.

This is my second sonicare toothbrush. When my first one quit working after several years, I knew without question I would replace it with another just like it. When brushing with a sonicare you know your teeth are clean, and it helps to keep your gums healthy as well. When and if this one quits working, I will purchase another. My first sonicare lasted for over 10 years. Thank you Phillips for a great product.:o)
