I had a sonicare toothbrush that began losing its charge at just a year of use. I would charge it, use it for one brush then it would die. I contacted customer service. They quickly sent me a new one to use will i sent back the used one to recycle. I am happy again with the toothbrush power and integrity. I just hope it doesnt run out too soon again

Even though I missed a six-month teeth-cleaning appointment, I had a great check up after using Sonicare for 9 months. I have zero calculus! and very little plaque. If only it would floss for me!

Just what the dentist ordered

I've been using a Sonicare toothbrush for about 4 months after my dentist office recommended it. It made a big difference. My teeth have never looked so clean and white in between cleaning visits. My gums have also improved according to the dentist. My only criticism about the Sonicare is the replacement cost of the heads. I wish they were a little less expensive. But overall the Sonicare toothbrush is worth the price for healthy gums and teeth.
Pros: keeps my teeth and gums healthy
Cons: replacement heads a bit pricey

Only suggestion,- I wish the bristles were just a little firmer.
Pros: easy and effective
Cons: prefer firmer bristles

Being able to have the toothbrush "charged" at all times is very convenient. The battery charger is the best feature.
