It took a little while to get accustomed to the vibration sensation on my teeth. Now I would not use anything else if I have a choice.

I HAVE THIS PRODUCT SINCE NOVEMBER. IT WORKS JUST FINE, BUT I DID EXPECT IT TO HAVE MORE POWER TO IT. WHEN I GO FOR MY NEXT CHECK UP, I'LL KNOW JUST HOW WELL IT WORKS

Very unhappy with product

I have not owned this product for a year. It will not hold a charge. Can't even get in one brushing cycle. Don't have original packaging to return it. Waste of my hard earned money. Other products have lasted for three years or longer. This product, not even one year.
Cons: head is a hard plastic with no soft coating

I have been using the Braun for years and did not realize what I was missing with the Sonicare. The difference is in the feel where it massages the gums and cleans the bacteria. Everytime I get done brushing my teeth, it feels as though I just left the dentist office.

This product does not have the automatic indicator to move to a different quadrant of teeth like my previous toothbrush.

I like the cleen feeling my teeth have after using an electric tooth brush. It reduces plaque builup when used properly. It doesn't have a built-in timer which is a negative.

This product is part of my everyday routine. Shortly after the warranty period is over, almost like clockwork, the recharge capability degrades to the point where a full charge only lasts for one to two brushing cycles. I am now on my 3rd replacement unit, have accepted this engineering design flaw, and will continue to re-purchase every year because the product makes a difference in my dental checkups. I expect to replace the brushes regularly, but I would expect the handle (base unit) to last longer than it does.
Pros: keeps gingivitus in check
Cons: product life is limited to the warranty period

is able to effectively brush them to a nice smooth finish. Since I have had considerable periodontal work done, including gum graft-

I like the charger and the overall performance of the product. I have had other rands that cost more, but the Phillips definitely out performs them.
