Great Product!

Amazing! My teeth are so white!! I love the way it makes my mouth feel. And you don't have to keep changing batteries.
Pros: is amazing
Cons: toothbrush heads are expensive

Product performs exceptionally

The product perms great but the one issue I have is that there is a constant need to clean the area in the upper battery compartment for debris which seems to collect there. If you do not clean it there is an odor which develops.

Easy to use. Does good brushing job. Doesn't feel very sturdy. Not sure how long it will last. Goes faily long without recharging.

I have been very happy with this toothbrush. I have not taken any long trips(more than a couple days) so cannot say how the battery would last or if it would last as advertised, but all in all i am happy with toothbrush.

My husband and I each have a Sonicare Essence toothbrush purchased at the same time. My toothbrush quit working and I called the company. A service representative gave me instructions to restart the toothbrush and stayed on the phone to see if the brush started working again, which it did. I was instructed to call back after 24 hours if the problem reoccured. The toothbrush did quit working again. I returned the product to Philips and, true to the representative's word, a new one was sent to me. No fuss, no hassles, no arguments. How often does that happen???
Pros: product warranty

Well designed, comfortable to hold. Clear beeps for signaling the time of change ef the directions. The end of charge beep could be a little louder.
