I have had a sonicare before and I liked the way it has helped me control plaque. With this new model I like the added feature of a gum massager. One little flaw is everyone once in awhile the power stops but it turns right back on.

It does a much better job than I would get with a manual brush when I am dog tired at night and don't have the energy to give my teeth the cleaning they deserve. My Sonicare does the work for me effortlessly!

My dental hygenist girlfriend introduced me to Sonicare years ago and I haven't used anything else. I am 62 years old and have managed to keep my teeth and gums healthy. They feel so clean and fresh after I use it.

Seems fine, I miss the 30 second buzzer, not included in my version.

Have another brand in our winter home and hate it. Sonicare gives me a better cleaning. I had a battery operated at first and when it came time to replace I was sorry I did not spend the extra and stick with the Sonicare. I was disappointed with the other brand. Don't make that mistake.

i was given a electric tooth brush for my birthday in 2002. as of now i have bought a portable one and just bought a new electric one. my dentist can't believe how great it works and started to tell his other patients. this is a great product

This product's ease of use has influenced me not to miss my scheduled brushing. Its brush because of its size can easily reached all angles of the teeth which makes it do a good cleaning. One thing I like is when the brush color appeared gone it is the sign for its replacement.

Keeps your teeth and gums healthier and cleaner!

I've been using the Essence Rechargeable toothbrush for a little over a year now. I have seen definite changes in my gum health, as well as my teeth health. My dental hygienist has told me that my gums are no longer as puffy and red as they used to be. My gums no longer bleed during a dental cleaning. This means that I am getting all of the food particles out from between my teeth and below my gumline. There is no doubt in my mind, it is because I am using the Essence toothbrush. She also told me that I virtually had no plaque build up at the gumline either. I am 48 years old and my teeth and gums are not that of a 10 year old. The older we get, the more we need to take care of our teeth and gums so that we don't lose them to dentures. I now have my children using the Essence toothbrush too! Thank you for helping me and my family keep our teeth and gums healthy!!
Pros: no more red puffy bleeding gums!, no more plaque below the gumline!, cleaner whiter teeth!
