Cleaning under head often

The head gets bad quickly if you are not diligent about keeping it clean.
Pros: makes your mouth feel great after use

This product is doing it's job and that is the main reason I bought it.
It is to big around and hard to hold on to, to long and the on/off button is hard to push also. It looks like there are other models that are thinner but all the boxes are sealed at the store and do not even know if they had that option at the store. Would buy a different model next time.

Not happy with this product.

This our second Phillips sonacare. Our last one was great, hence we purchased another. It does not compare with our first tooth brush. It's noisey, harsh and does not signal as our last one did on the minute. The quality does not compare to our last toothbrush.
Pros: brushes
Cons: noisey and vibrates too harsh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great toothbrush, I wish it had the 30 second interval timer

I bought this unit based on price thinking the beep every 30 seconds in the higher-end model wasn't that big of deal. Three months in I wish I had spent the extra money. Overall I'm really thrilled with the toothbrush though. I had been using an electric for years and always thought all the buzz about Sonicare was just hype. I was wrong. The Sonicare really does make a difference. I should have bought one years ago.
