Love the product, but I wish the charge lasted longer than 1week. I thought from the manual that the charge lasted two weeks, but I only get no more than 6 or 7 days.
Pros: great clean
Cons: battery life

Great for teeth, hard to clean

Phillips toothbrush does an excellent job of cleaning teeth and gums, but the design makes it difficult to keep the bottoms of the brushes and the inside of the power handle clean.
After 20 years, there should be a design improvement to remedy this.
Pros: great cleaning, long charge time
Cons: build up inside power handle, build up inside brush bottoms

Makes my teeth feel extra clean!

I can tell a difference when I use my Sonicare and when I use my manual toothbrush. Using my Sonicare makes my entire mouth feel polished and much cleaner. Also I love the timer, sometimes another minute would be great! The drawback comes from the handle itself. A tapered shape would be helpful to a smaller hand. And if I had a different color band on the brush I could leave mine in the bathroom with my husbands!

We have used Sonic Care toothbrushes since the last century, but find each generation moderately less satisfying than the last. This one has avtrickynto locate inner off switch and "overspray" is all too common.
Pros: we do like the sanitizing capability though.
Cons: so much money for the set and treplacement heads
