The system works well; however, Not only was this set an expensive investment in the first place, but the replacement heads are outrageously expensive to boot!
We would Not have purchased this system IF we had done the research to find out that there would be a continuing large expense every time we need new heads!!!!
Pros: cleans well
Cons: expensive system & replacement heads!!, small heads

Do not like the fact that have to change that big head piece. Wished I would of thought of that when did the purchase.

The brush part is good, but were the brush connect with the bottom part gets dirty very easy & if you dont clean it everyday, a moldy thing starts developing. Hard to clean, have to use qtip to get to hard places.

I have been using this product for several years and will continue to use this product. My visits to the Dentist are pretty non event full, with a clean bill of health each time...... SMILES

Wwe have used your products fo several years. Updating it when necessary or newer models come available. Our most recent purchase has presented us with an issue about charge retention. It seems that one of out units is requiring weekly charges after being able to stay sharged for two weeks a couple of months ago, now the charge is good for 6 days max, unit is used twice daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This version of the sonic tooth brush seems to clean more thoroughly than my previous model and has a longer lasting charge. We are delighted with the results!

The brush-head seems too small, and the enclosure hits/vibrates my other teeth. I'm not sure it's good for my overall use when the vibrating assembly regularly touches other teeth and vibrates them with the hard surface.
