Love this product

I don't think I can ever go back to a regular toothbrush. My teeth feel so much cleaner after using the Sonicare. I love the timer feature too so you know you're brushing long enough. Highly recommend.
Pros: customer support is beyond helpful
Cons: wish the charger lasted longer

Excellent results

I bought my Sonicare toothbrush after my dentist recommended it for preventive care for my teeth and gums. The subsequent dentist visits over the past six months has shown marked improvement especially towards restoring my gums. Very pleased with the results and now I'm buying one for my son.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this device! The toothbrush works flawlessly, with the timer and the notification for when to charge, I know I'm always getting the best clean. I especially like the feature on the brush head with the blue indicator for when to change your brush head. Phillips is a very reliable company who always checks up on my satisfaction, so I know that if something were to ever occur with my device I would also have very good service.
Pros: long battery life, brush head indicator, 2 minute timer, great clean every time
Cons: somewhat expensive brush heads replacements

Best toothbrush purchase ever!

My husband purchased the Sonicare Essence for me for Christmas. I have used it for about 6 months. Last week I went for my 6 month cleaning and check-up at the dentist. The hygienist asked me what I have been doing differently - there was almost no plaque build-up and my gum numbers were in the excellent range! The difference was that I have been brushing with the Sonicare Essence for the past 6 months! It makes a definite difference in cleaning teeth and gums.
I love the design. I really appreciate the travel case that came with the Sonicare. It makes it easy to take my Sonicare with me on cruises and local travel.
I highly recommend the Sonicare Essence.

I called this "dental equipment" in my review summary simply because it's not just a "toothbrush." It's more of a technological device than just your "grandmothers" toothbrush.
Fabulous results in a short period of time.
If I had one design upgrade though it would be a larger brushhead.
Great job Phillips.

I had used the origenal Sonicare battery tooth brush for years with out any problems and have taken it with me on boat trips several times. I take my Sonicare with me all the time when I travel and have had people that clean the Hotel room or boat cabin ask me how I like my Sonicare any why, I tell them because of the ease of use and the longivity of the Sonicare.
Pros: ease of use

I love my sonicare tooth brush that is why when my original one finally was done I went & bought another one. Impressed with the prompt warranty replacement of the battery pack as it stopped charging after only 5 months. No questions asked, just replaced.
