Not what I expected

I have used your tooth brush for years. On our last one, the rubber on the handle finaly wore out and we couldn't turn it on or off anymore! So I bought what I thoughtwas the same thng. I'm disappointed that it does not signal the 30 seconds to switch quadrants. Nothing on the box said it didn't do that, and the directions said "select models" offered that option. But there was nothing that mentioned this model nothaving it. Well, it doesn't and I would not have purchased it had I known that. Very disappointed.
Cons: needs 30 second timer, my old charger still worked should sell just new
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It cleans my teeth and gums really well. Since my wife and I both use it we need to change heads each time. This is the only, minor, problem as the head doesn't always screw in right the first time.

I love this tooth brush. I was using the toothbrushes I bought in the grocery store but I was never really satisfied with their performance. I requested the Phillips Sonicare for a Christmas gift from my son. It is really wonderful. I feel like I just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist each time I use it. I highly recommend it, my son listened to me and bought them for himself and his family.

My wife and I each have a sonicare and this Fall went on a cruise. We did not take a charger with us and the Sonicare charges lasted for our entire trip. I really like the 30 second signal.
Pros: feels good and charge lasts

The handle is comfortable, light and helps you reach all of those areas that your dentist wants you to get to. The timer is very helpful since I'm not that awake in the morning when I use it.

When my hygienist suggested that I try using a Sonicare, I had no idea how much I would love it! After I use it, I always feel like my mouth is really clean, my teeth whiter, my gums healthier - and it's all due to this toothbrush. I can't imagine ever using a different toothbrush again! The timer function that tells me automatically when to move to a new section of my mouth so I always know I'm really cleaning my teeth like I'm supposed to! In the simplest terms, not only does it work fantastically, I feel great using it! I tell everyone about my experience with it and I've learned that a lot of people I know are fans too!
Pros: easy to use, stays charged for a long time
