It's a really good product. My only complaint is that it does not have the quadrant timer I had on my old Sonicare.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Sonicare toothbrush after my dentist's recommendation. I've been very happy with its performance and the better dental hygiene I receive from it. I thought the product was so good I bought one for each of my grown children.
Pros: better dental hygiene
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I previously had a Sonicare toothbrush that I liked a lot but then the battery died so I ordered a new one. I'm not sure if it's the model itself or a defect with the toothbrush I have, but there is a big gap between the body and the head on the front of the toothbrush. I tried using a different head in case it was a problem with the head but got the same result. The gap allows a lot of water and gunk between the body and head. Not only does it get between them, but then it travels down the seam of the body to the bottom and onto the countertop when I set the toothbrush down even though I have tried wiping the toothbrush off with a towel after each use.
