Had a different model that went out bought this one as a replacement. Its pretty good for the price.
Cons: toothbrush has to be taken apart for travel, travel bag is made of fabric with a zipper

I cannot tell you how much I enjoy using this product. It leaves a clean, refreshing feel and taste in my mouth. I live with my daughter and two grandchildren, they all have one, too. I expect to have cleaner, healthier teeth from now on.

Pros: the 2 minute timer
Cons: being careful not to hit your teeth with the, brush head it really hurts.

It's a good brush, but needs some improvements, a previous version was nicer

I have used the Sonicare tooth brush for several years now and found it very good. When I was buying this one I was disappointed that I have to buy a new charger again and not just a tooth brush with brushes (made me pay more). This new one is a nice brush, bur I like the previous version better because of a smaller diameter of handle (that's why they changed the charger; the new handle would not fit the old charger). The pervious one had smooth rubber spots on the sides of the holder and made holding it better without slipping like that one, which has totally plastic surface.
The previous tooth brush was lighter. I noticed when you are brushing teeth that a brush gets loose sometimes from a new holder, probably because of vibration. That makes some noise that tells you immediately that's something wrong. You just have to screw it tighter. The noise will be gone and brush will operate properly again. I have never experienced that looseness of brush at previous version before. Overall it's a good brush as any Sonicare product and I use it, but hope they will improve the design, making it lighter again, smaller handle and eliminate looseness when you are brushing teeth.

This product has all the basic features

This product has all the basic features necessary. I have been a Sonicare user for over 10 years. My previous Sonicare had a quad-pacer which this one is missing. I miss the timing feature. If I had it back, I would have purchased another one just like it.
