The Ultrasonic vibrations tickled, but now used to it and not at all objectionable... especially in light of the superb job it does.
On/Off switch should be moved 180 degrees.

This is my 2nd one, ease of use makes me want to use it more than a regular toothbrush. Make my teeth and gums feel smoother also.
Pros: have used it over a week without a charge.

I have been extremely impressed with the performance of this toothbrush..My teeth feel absolutely pristine and the two minute timed brush cyle is terrific..It is easy to recharge, works flawlessly and to say it is 'thorough' is an understatement..Would buy it again in a heartbeat..Time actually to replace the head which I will do shortly...this is a great product!!
Pros: ease of operation and recharging, timed cycle
Cons: cost of replacement heads
I would recommend this to a friend!

A good product, it does splatter. Is there a way to vary the time period while in use?

I worked in dentistry for over 30 years and then had some deep pocket issues myself. I have to have a cleaning very 3 months but in the last year since I hae used this brush, pockets have been reduced in depth and this is only change in th regime.
Pros: good
Cons: little hard to clean handle

I used this when it first came out after seeing an infomercial. I don't usually let myself get sucked in but I'm glad I did with this one. I actually stopped using it after about a year because I kept forgetting to keep it charged. I really liked it though so I invested in a new one and still really like it.
Pros: really like it overall
Cons: tickles the first couple times you use it, maybe make a little smaller handle
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, but needs a redesign/rethink of brushhead

After using this toothbrush for a while now, the main complaint I have is the wastful design of the brushhead. Why can't you make one where just the brush part can be replaced? That is the only part that has worn out and it seems a waste to have to discard the whole head. You could make it either a screw-in type or a quick disconnect. Would be cheaper for the consumer, and you too possibly.
