Product is very useful

It has features everybody will appreciate. I bought this product for my son bcoz he has braces. I am looking for something that he can use easily with his braces. So i research for some information, on which electric brush will clean hard with a braces, and i decided to give this a try. After using this product, my son like the way it clean his teeth. So now, i don't have to worry about his teeth having a braces, coz i know that he's in good hands.
Pros: great features. easy to hold, light in weight

A little noisier than my previous Sonicare toothbrush

I was surprised to discover that this particular model was noisier than the previous Sonicare toothbrush that I owned. You'd think it would be the other way around, wouldn't you -- that the newer model would be better made? This model works fine though and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of these toothbrushes. They make a difference!
Pros: cleans teeth beautifully and keeps gums healthy
Cons: this toothbrush model is noisy

I was looking for an affordable sonic toothbrush to accommodate the irregular alignment of my teeth. This product exceeded my expectations in efficiency, and was priced within my budget. My next visit to my dental hygienist will determine if my efficiency goals have been met. My back teeth will set the standard.
Pros: stimulates gums
Cons: drips on clothes and messy

Great Job Cleaning Teeth

I loved this toothbrush! It did a Great Job cleaning my teeth. It was easy to use and it stays charged up for two weeks so I could even take it on vacation without the charger.

Design could be better

I like the performance of the brush itself; however, the channels running down both sides of the brush handle allow for water and "gunk" to run down and pool on the charger base. I am constantly having to clean out the brush handle and wipe off the top of the charger base.
Pros: teeth feel really clean and smooth after brushing
Cons: handle design

A little glitch...

Now that I have used the new handle (I was away when it came), I can say that it works well except for 2 or 3 very brief moments when it stalls while I am brushing my teeth. I thought I was touching the button, but it always happens, and I'm not touching the button. It happens twice, usually, but sometimes three times.

My dentist says, I have great dental hygene. I owe this to using my Philips sonicare tooth brush 3 times a day. Stay ahead of trouble, and use these products.

I've had this product since December 2011 and it's phenomenal! My teeth and gums couldn't be in better shape! Keep up the good production line, this item is FAB!
